Vanilla

A fertile soil, a tropical climate and hand pollination, flower by flower, give to Madagascar ‘s Vanilla its specificity. Bourbon Vanilla-Vanilla Fragans- belonging to the Orchid’s family, is the most popular and the most widely used variety in the world.

The production takes place from june to december, and the pods are sorted rigorously according to their perfume and lenght. Vanilla represents an interest for gastronomic, cosmetic and medical professionals, under its natural form, in oil or in essential oil.

In order for Vanilla to preserve all its values, keep it in a container (a jar or its original’s tube), protected from light and humidity.
