White pepper is obtained from the berries that has become red. They are harvested and put in a bag in order to be put in the water and mixed. After a few days, the berries’ covering (the pericarp) is removed by being rubbed against each other. Then, the seeds are sun-dried. The inside of the fruit appears white.
How to use it ? –Every type of meat and fish, -vegetables, sauces, vinaigrettes. – it is used to spicy the taste while being unnoticed.
