Green pepper is made with berries picked up about 6 months before they start to ripen. To preserve green seeds, they are kept in salted water, in brine. It is lightly spicy and is much appreciated for its soft, tender and smooth taste. It’s by mashing it up that we make it spicier. We find green pepper in the food industry, in mustards, soups and in cooked dishes.
How to use it ? –sauces, white or red meats, poultry (duck chicken), -fish and seafood.
