Products are naturally made, from fruits without preservatives and chemical products and carefully selected at perfect maturity so as to keep all the flavors.
The tradition is respected. Raw materials are cooked in copper kettles following the traditionally method in order to capture the maximum of aromas and taste.
The sugar and acidity rate are regulatory controlled to respect the CEE legislation.Thanks to the experience and the know-how, Bernadette de Lavernette society has been awarded many times at the Paris Chocolate Fair awards with the international excellence prize for candied fruits and jams.
